We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Health and Recovery, Trauma and Safety Service (HaRTSS) team at Cedar Health Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical nursing expertise to consumers who have experienced interpersonal violence or domestic and family violence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced level of nursing practice in the care and management of consumers who have experienced interpersonal violence or domestic and family violence.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each consumer.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to consumers.
- Conduct health checks and provide health education to consumers.
- Provide counseling and support to consumers and their families.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current practicing certificate with the notation of Nurse Practitioner.
- Advanced level of nursing practice in the care and management of consumers who have experienced interpersonal violence or domestic and family violence.
- Knowledge and understanding of sexual assault and forensic nursing.
- Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
