**Job Title:** Brand Designer Melbourne Australia: Visual Identity Expert

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Brand Designer to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a visual identity expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating cohesive and compelling visual experiences. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and the broader brand team to ensure that all visual elements align with our brand's identity and values.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and Maintaining Brand Visual Identity: Assist in creating and refining the brand's visual identity, including logos, colour schemes, typography, and other brand elements.
  • Designing Brand Guidelines: Collaborate on the development and updating of brand guidelines, ensuring all visual standards are clearly defined and consistently applied across all channels.
  • Creating Digital and Print Assets: Design a variety of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, website elements, marketing materials, signage, and more.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on branding.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to translate brand concepts into visually compelling designs.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
