Leadership Role in Childcare Services

The Director of Service will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools and partners on school events and community engagement. This role requires autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving skills. They must also have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can foster fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire, and delight. The Director of Service will be the glue that connects our organization with your school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with schools and partners on school events and community engagement

  • Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation
Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident interpersonal skills, no matter who you're talking to
  • Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
  • Natural leader with an eye for detail
  • Genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification (e.g., Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work)
