About the Role

This 6-month contract opportunity with our Melbourne-based team offers a chance to work alongside talented designers, strategists, analysts, and developers. You'll be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating across disciplines, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences
  • Translate research into actionable insights and design rationale
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Foster open communication and present design concepts to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6 years of experience in UX/UI or experience design
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
  • A proven track record of managing projects and stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, and Design Sprint methodologies
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
