Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of Licensed Vehicle mechanics and apprentices
  2. Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
  3. Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold quality standards
  4. Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  5. Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence
Requirements
  • Qualified Automotive Technician
  • C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence
  • Comprehensive background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
  • Proven leadership abilities to motivate and mentor a diverse team
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and resolve conflicts
