Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Licensed Vehicle mechanics and apprentices
- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold quality standards
- Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence
- Qualified Automotive Technician
- C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence
- Comprehensive background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and mentor a diverse team
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and resolve conflicts
