Medical Imaging Specialist

Our organization seeks a Radiographer to deliver high-quality medical imaging services, supporting our Gold Coast region practices with an MRI focus.
This position involves joining our MRI department at the Private Hospital on the Gold Coast, while also offering opportunities to work across fully comprehensive private practices in the region, providing services including General X-Ray, CT, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, MRI, BMD, Angiography and Dentascan procedures, collaborating with Sonography and Nuclear Medical departments.
You will have exposure to a variety of different modalities with opportunities for upskilling and career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level medical imaging clinical services
- Offer excellent customer service and patient care
- Work collaboratively within a team
- ASMIRT Level 1 accreditation in MRI is highly desirable
- Current AHPRA Registration and QLD Radiation Use Licence or willingness to obtain
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to make decisions and work well under pressure
- A friendly, caring and compassionate nature
The operating hours are from 7am to 11pm, with opportunities for overtime, including weekend and on-call work available.
