**HSE Administration Officer Role Summary**

This is a permanent position in our Health, Safety, and Environment team where you will play a key role in supporting the HSE team by ensuring the smooth operation of systems, maintaining accurate data entry and reporting, and providing reliable day-to-day administrative assistance.

  • Manage contractor compliance processes, including account setup, maintaining up-to-date records, and ensuring documentation is complete and current.
  • Review, track, and vet contractor-submitted documents such as insurances, licences, and safety documents.
  • Track expiry dates of key documents and ensure timely follow-up for renewals.
  • Compile and prepare data to support monthly and ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Maintain a structured electronic filing system in line with company procedures.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a dynamic environment, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. The ability to prioritize tasks independently, excellent attention to detail, and high standards of data accuracy are essential.
