Seasoned Building Inspector

Job Opportunity:
As a seasoned building inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential and commercial construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of buildings to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Determine whether an inspection is approved, approved with comments, or not approved.
- Work independently and meet daily deadlines.
- Climb ladders and perform physical demands specific to the position.
- Be computer literate and able to multitask.
- Successfully complete a Level 1 background clearance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Florida (FS 468) Standard Inspector license OR Professional Engineer License OR Licensed Architect.
- Multi Trade Certification is a plus, but not required.
- Expertise in Mechanical, Plumbing, Building, and Electrical.
- Five years of prior experience required in Inspections or Construction.
