UI Strategy Lead Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UI Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our content engagement department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user interface strategy for our Sky platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for UI improvements, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices and platforms. This will involve collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including Product, Commercial, and Proposition teams, to drive innovation and growth.

You will also be responsible for driving commercial relationships, managing merchandising discussions, and overseeing the delivery of contractual obligations. Additionally, you will lead on AB testing strategies, delivering efficient test and learn plans that optimize our merchandising approach across all platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively across various teams. Industry expertise, management skills, analytical expertise, and technical competence are essential.

A broad understanding of the TV landscape, strong content knowledge, and experience using data and insight to inform decision-making are highly desirable. You should also be operationally and technically minded, able to understand complex backend systems and learn front-end content scheduling tools.
