Job Summary

As a dynamic and versatile professional, we are seeking an exceptional Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This role combines the demands of a fast-paced warehouse environment with the excitement of lead generation responsibilities.

The Role

This hybrid position requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can thrive in a collaborative and innovative setting. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations, including receiving and checking deliveries, storing items correctly, and assisting team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
  • Pack orders accurately and prepare shipments for dispatch.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory records.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized and adheres to safety protocols.
  • Assist with receiving and checking deliveries, storing items correctly.
  • Support team members in other warehouse duties as needed.

Lead Generation Duties:

  • Research and identify potential leads for new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead generation databases and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to track and follow up on leads effectively.
  • Assist in drafting and sending marketing materials to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on lead generation results and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts safely.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and switch between different responsibilities effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
