Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical professional to join our team as a Locum General Practitioner in Warwick, Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our practice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with relevant legislation and common law obligations.
  • Discharge duty of care in the course of practice, meeting practice standards and accountability.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of policies and procedural guidelines that have legal implications, ensuring documentation conforms to legal requirements.
  • Identify and respond to unsafe practice, implementing interventions to prevent unsafe practice and/or contravention of law.
  • Provide a patient-focused approach in service provision, demonstrating genuine empathy and interest in patients' needs.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all ages and social groups.
  • Maintain a well-presented, friendly, courteous, and obliging attitude, representing the practice in a confident and positive manner at all times.
  • Undertake duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity.
  • Ensure absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information.
  • Adopt a vigilant attitude to accuracy, being prepared to double-check as necessary.
  • Demonstrate ability to work cooperatively and independently, prioritizing and organizing tasks effectively.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • AHPRA Registration.
  • FRACGP or FACRRM qualifications.
