The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the boutique building sector, particularly in double-story constructions, and will be committed to delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive cost estimates and manage scheduling for double-story residential projects.
  • Evaluate architectural plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
  • Analyze the cost-effectiveness of products and services, monitoring actual expenses against initial bids throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bring a minimum of 2 years of industry experience within the Perth market, specifically in double-story builds.
