
Customer Experience Leader

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team in the Central Coast region, NSW.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading customer service shifts and supervising a small-to-medium-sized front-line customer service team (5-10 people).
Maintaining a safe work environment is essential, including OHS/WHS and food safety & hygiene protocols. The ideal candidate will also ensure procedures, policies, and high standards are adhered to at all times.
About this opportunity:
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Management experience and previous management of teams up to 10 people is required.
- Experience working in retail, hospitality or QSR is preferred.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with high energy and initiative levels is desired.
- Reliability and ability to learn quickly are also key.
This is a full-time role with a rotating roster, requiring evening shift, morning shift, and weekend availability. A Basic Food Handlers Certificate is also a requirement.
