We are looking for an experienced Mandarin Interpreter to join our team.

This is a remote position with a clear schedule and the opportunity to work on a full-time or part-time basis.

As an interpreter, you will be responsible for answering calls professionally and acting in accordance with the Interpreter's code of conduct.

Job Description

As a Mandarin Interpreter, you will be working with clients who require interpretation services in the healthcare and medical industry.

Your responsibilities will include communicating effectively with clients, participating in internal professional training, and reporting to your team leader.

  • You will have high emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.
  • You will possess a high level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.

In addition, you will have proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with a bilingual or native-level understanding of these languages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of interpreting experience (desirable).
  • High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.
  • High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with a bilingual or native-level understanding of these languages.
