Enterprise Solutions Manager

This role is centered around leading and managing the delivery of process and system improvements across the business.
- Leading and managing the delivery of process and system improvements across the business
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, develop business cases, and secure funding
- Analysing and documenting business requirements, including process mapping, data modelling, and reporting needs
- Coordinating project teams and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery
- Facilitating change management and overseeing testing and implementation phases
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in systems and processes
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and delivering IT solutions
- Strong expertise in business systems design, software development methodologies, and enterprise applications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in technical tools and frameworks, with a keen interest in emerging technologies
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, customer focus, and high-performance teamwork
