We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team. As a Senior Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of clinical education programs that support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
- Develop and deliver evidence-based clinical education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to new staff members to ensure successful transition into their roles.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and evaluate clinical education programs that meet the needs of patients, families and carers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with educators, clinicians and managers to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of education activities and participate in evaluation processes.
What You Bring:
- AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse with current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated experience in education and training within a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations for change.
