Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Food Service Professional to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, adhering to established presentation standards
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
  • Description menu items, including daily specials, to inform customers of available options
  • Recommend menu selections based on customer preferences and dietary needs
  • Clean and maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise and support other team members as needed
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless execution
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as mobility or dietary requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations
