Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer to join our team and further your skills and ability within the mining sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast-paced and dynamic industry, with a close-knit team that enables you to develop your skills within the Mining & Resources industry sectors with exposure to multiple sites and disciplines.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Establishing effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- Source & pipeline talent from multiple channels
- High volume blue collar recruitment for shutdowns and labour hire across Western Australia
- Source new candidates and grow existing talent pool
- Maintaining mobilisation trackers
- Ensuring qualifications for candidates and potential employees are obtained and current
- Manage the on-boarding for any new employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through pre-employment requirements inc. D&A testing
- Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years experience within Recruitment/Mobilisation for top tier mining companies
- Competent in use of MS Office
- Motivated, passionate and have good initiative
- Strong communication skills with an ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Strong computer and administration skills
- MyPass / Page Up / Fast Track System Exposure (Advantageous)
- A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
