Audiology Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to fill this position as an Audiology Assistant. This role presents the opportunity to play a crucial part in the audiology customer journey by offering expert guidance and support to the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster lasting positive relationships
  • Conduct hearing screenings and perform hearing aid maintenance (full training provided)
  • Schedule appointments through the Simply Hearing system
  • Coordinate with store partners and ensure seamless daily clinic operations

Requirements

  • Possess passion for making a difference in the lives of others
  • Previous experience in fast-paced retail/customer service environment preferred
  • Experience in Audiology or allied health not essential but advantageous
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy towards others
  • Show proficiency in computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot technology issues
