Key Responsibilities

The CFO will lead efforts in mergers and acquisitions, capital & investor relations, as well as scaling the business. This includes:

  • Identifying areas for operational and financial enhancement, ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Managing relationships with private equity investors, board members, and external stakeholders, ensuring strong financial governance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a strong commercial acumen, a proven track record in high-growth environments, and a background in leading financial operations within an ASX-listed business. Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in financial leadership, preferably in a private equity-backed environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide strategic insights to drive business decisions.
  • Strong expertise in cash flow & risk management, compliance & governance.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights to investors, boards, and executive teams.
