Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Superior People Recruitment. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and service platforms.
  • Provide information to clients about solutions and ensure accurate and prompt order processing and complaint handling.
  • Support internal customers, including finance, account managers, and technicians.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary between departments.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails.
  • Provide information to clients about solutions.

  • Support internal customers, including finance, account managers, and technicians.
  • Raise service orders according to guidelines.
  • Create order confirmations and follow the process until orders are received at the warehouse for dispatch.
  • Check logistics availability of products.
  • Create quotes as per sales requests.
  • Oversee requests from creation of the account at CRM, raise service jobs, and give feedback to clients.
  • Create proforma tax invoices.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma, degree, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working within a customer support team.
  • Microsoft Office – Intermediate/Advanced.
