Accounts Receivable Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable and debtor management processes, as well as proficiently handling invoicing, billing, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to debt collection.
  • Maintain accurate records for student accounts, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing.
  • Work with external agencies to resolve payment issues and ensure timely collections.
  • Support the finance team with monthly reporting and financial analysis.
Requirements:
  • Hold relevant qualifications or industry experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
  • Proven experience in high-volume accounts receivable or debtor management is essential.
  • Demonstrate strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform accurate financial reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial spreadsheets is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Experience using Synergetic or similar financial management systems is highly regarded.
