Early Learning Program Lead

">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Learning Program Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Centre, you will work collaboratively with Educators to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that foster children's growth and development.

  • You will lead and guide teams in designing and implementing programs that reflect current early years thinking and practice.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the Centre community.
  • Document and share children's learning and development with families, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their child's journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound, practical knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
  • A Current Working with Children's Check.
