About The Role

As a Level 2 Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a critical member of our support team, providing advanced technical assistance to clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining the stability and security of client infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the Level 1 support team.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize client systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and management of IT infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience providing Level 2 support.
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure cloud platform, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and the full Office Suite.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server and basic roles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of the following technologies is highly regarded:
    • MacOS
    • Hypervisor (VMware, vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
    • Veeam Backup and Replication
    • Email Security
    • Sophos Endpoint Protection or XG Firewall
    • Microsoft SCCM
    • Azure Intune
