About the Role

As a Senior Litigation Secretary, you will provide high-level administrative support to a Partner and their team handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diaries and calendars
  • Drafting and preparing court documents, property deeds, and other legal papers
  • Communicating effectively with clients, barristers, and experts
  • File management and maintenance
  • Preparing general correspondence and monthly billing
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a commercial or litigation secretary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and show initiative
  • High-level organizational and prioritization abilities
