Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Education Specialist to join our team. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging play-based curricula that promote social, emotional, physical, and academic growth in young children.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with educators to provide exceptional care and education to children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress, development, and well-being.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • First aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
  • Experience in an Educational Leadership capacity is desirable.
