Job Opportunity: Senior Associate in Banking & Finance

Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Banking & Finance practice in Brisbane. As part of a nationally collaborative team, you will advise a variety of stakeholders on a wide range of financing transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients across various sectors including energy and renewables, natural resources, property and infrastructure;
  • Providing strategic advice on financing transactions, including project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt and debt capital markets;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional legal services to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated transactional experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm;
  • Up to 3 years post-promotion experience as a Senior Associate;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
