Seeking a Dedicated Educator for Our Team

We are looking for an exceptional educator to join our team, working with students who have experienced disengagement from mainstream schooling. The successful applicant will possess strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively within a supportive learning environment and be passionate about delivering quality education.

Job Description:

We require a dedicated teacher to plan, prepare, and deliver the Australian curriculum with a focus on literacy and numeracy skills for young people typically working at an upper primary or middle school level. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the school's objectives and planning, as well as establish and maintain a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver the Australian curriculum with a focus on literacy and numeracy skills for young people typically working at an upper primary or middle school level.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's objectives and planning.
  • Establish and maintain a supportive school environment.
  • Work alongside an expert adventure-based learning coordinator to deliver group programs.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Education or related field.
  • Queensland College of Teachers registration (or eligibility to gain).
  • Working rights for Australia (or eligible to gain) including WHV or Skilled Migrant Visa.
