About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join the opening team of Batard. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work closely with senior chefs to ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency in your section. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a dynamic and prestigious kitchen.

Key Requirements:
Experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-end restaurant
Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and a passion for quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
Team-oriented and strong communication skills
Proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
Knowledge of food safety standards
Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening, and closing shifts
