About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Rowville Manor. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our Registered Nurse in Charge to assess and meet the physical, psychological, and emotional needs of our residents.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our team to ensure their comfort, dignity, and well-being. You will also have the opportunity to upskill and progress your career in a supportive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and meet the physical, psychological, and emotional needs of residents
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current and valid police check
  • Vaccination certificate
