The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to contribute to the overall success of our store.

  • Support boutique management in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure personal and store sales targets are being met through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Participate in daily security stock counts and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Undertake daily routine tasks as directed by management
  • Assist with stock maintenance, cleaning, and store housekeeping
  • Track personal performance statistics and provide feedback to management
  • Contribute to daily merchandising efforts, including setting up displays, rotating stock, and implementing new display concepts
  • Attend regular training sessions to develop knowledge and skills in luxury watch sales and customer service
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Longines brand and its products to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Passion for the Longines brand and its products
  • Computer literacy skills and ability to use sales software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude and energy
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
