Job Description

As a Support Service Staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standards in our residential aged care facility.

  • Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areas
  • Clean communal and dining areas
  • Clean and sort laundry
  • Maintain adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap, and other cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident use

You will also adhere to infection control principles, WHS requirements, including the safe storage and use of chemicals and complete cleaning requirements according to facility schedules. Additionally, you will complete required documentation and reporting and provide ad hoc support to the broader team as required.
