High-Profile Clerkship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a clerk. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


About the Role

As a clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks including conducting research, reviewing and presenting documents, attending client meetings, court hearings, mediations and settlements. You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of Australia's leading lawyers on high-profile matters and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and provide advice on a range of legal matters;
  • Review and present documents to clients and stakeholders;
  • Attend client meetings, court hearings, mediations and settlements;
  • Shadow partners and lawyers in client meetings and business development activities;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic record, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team. You should also be proficient in using a range of software applications and have a basic understanding of legal principles.
