About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional looking to accelerate their career in property and work alongside a market-leading team and single client at Colliers International.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare month-end financials and reporting for properties, ensuring timely delivery of reports and trust account functions as required, including accruals, prepayments, and analyzing variances.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve issues, including reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy with timely reporting to clients and management.
- Assist property managers to prepare outgoings reconciliations and annual budgets.
- Work closely with AP and AR teams to ensure processing is accurate and assist with queries.
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all levels of staff from senior-level management to technical staff.
