About Us

Job Description

We are seeking a design-savvy, service-obsessed Design Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is energised by the idea of transforming spaces and delivering luxury experiences with heart.

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and using your knowledge of interior design and styling to create bespoke solutions that meet their expectations.

You will be responsible for managing sales administration, including processing orders and maintaining accurate records.

  • Welcome and guide clients through a tailored and inspiring design journey
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation to aftercare
  • Cultivate strong product knowledge and apply a styling lens to every interaction
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve personal and shared sales goals
  • Manage sales administration with care and precision
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A confident communicator with a natural flair for design and aesthetics
  • Experienced in luxury retail, hospitality or client service environments
  • Passionate about interiors and transforming homes into elevated spaces
  • Goal-oriented and energised by a fast-paced, high-performing culture
  • Self-motivated, detail-driven, and committed to excellence
  • Fluent in English – Mandarin language skills highly regarded
  • Part Time position available, must be available on one weekend day
