We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team at Cohealth in Laverton. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, health assessments, and management of chronic conditions
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver patient-centered care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services
