About the Position

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient administrative processes to support multi-program groups within our organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with program staff to maintain trackers across the various work programs;
  • Coordinate and ensure effective record management practices are applied to contracts and projects;
  • Manage and maintain purchase requisitions/orders through the company's database;
  • Initiate and track requests for extensions of time (EOTs) through the company's database;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, packs, and reports;
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met throughout the life of a project/program by conducting quality assurance tests;
