Project Delivery Leader

This role is responsible for the entire project delivery cycle, from planning and scheduling through to stakeholder engagement, construction oversight, and commercial outcomes.

The projects are diverse, technically complex, and demand a solutions-focused approach. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-discipline plant or processing facility projects in a construction capacity.\
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and performance against targets.\
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and in-house engineering teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards.\
  • Engage with stakeholders to secure commercial outcomes, including variations and claims.\
  • Drive a solutions-focused approach in complex environments and ensure delivery on time and within budget.\

Requirements

  • A Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification).\
  • Proven experience delivering multi-discipline plant or processing facility projects in a construction capacity.\
  • Strong scheduling, stakeholder management, and construction delivery skills.\
  • Track record of achieving positive commercial and contractual outcomes, including variations and claims.\
  • Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced project environments; ambition and energy to contribute to a growing business.\
