About the RoleThis role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions that support business-critical operations. The position also drives automation initiatives and collaborates across teams to continuously improve infrastructure performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement hybrid environments (Active Directory, Azure AD) and on-prem/cloud infrastructure management
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
- Monitor system performance, manage incidents, and develop disaster recovery plans
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, storage solutions, and security best practices
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering or IT systems support roles, with a proven track record of managing hybrid environments and cloud migrations.
You will be required to possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Advanced certifications in Microsoft Azure and scripting expertise (PowerShell preferred) are highly desirable.
