Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing authoritative guidance and representation in discrimination, employment, and industrial relations matters. As a senior principal lawyer, you will play a key leadership role within the team, driving high-quality service delivery and contributing to the strategic direction of the practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert legal advice to clients across workplace and discrimination law, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Represent the organization in complex matters before state and federal courts, tribunals, and commissions, leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and capabilities within the team.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 8 years' post-admission experience in employment, industrial relations, and discrimination law. You should possess a strong background in these areas, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
