We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Officer to join our team at Coral Expeditions. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and successful operation of our expedition cruise ships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work closely with the Master and/or Chief Engineer to ensure the safety of the vessel, passengers, and crew
* Provide high-level customer service and ensure a warm welcome for our guests
* Manage a team of crew members and ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Maintain a high level of seamanship and adhere to international safety management systems
**Requirements:**
* Master ticket (Master Unlimited/Master500/Chief Mate)
* GMDSS proficiency
* Proficiency in Survival Craft
* AMSA Endorsed Certificate of Safety Training (Co ST)
* Crowd control & Crisis Management
* AMSA Medical
* Remote Area First Aid & Advanced CPR
* ASSB or other country equivalent discharge book
