Salary

Teachers in Western Australia are among the highest paid in the country, with a starting salary of $93,971 (Base Salary for Principal Class Teachers) plus superannuation, annual leave loading and long service leave. In addition, we offer a range of incentives and allowances, including relocation assistance and fully funded accommodation support for up to 8 weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality education to students in regional Western Australia. As a teacher in our department, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback and support to students and parents. You will also be required to participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognised teaching qualification, such as a Bachelor of Education or equivalent. You will also need to have at least two years' full-time teaching experience, gained in the past five years. Additionally, you must meet the eligibility requirements for registration with the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL).
