About the Role

Night Auditors play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality experience. They are responsible for accurately processing and tracking transactions, as well as providing exceptional guest support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare guest welcome packets and VIP reports
  • Provide excellent service to internal customers
  • Handle guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Complete the night audit in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Balance all cash receipts and make deposits
  • Audit Food & Beverage cashiers' work and correct discrepancies
  • Run daily Flash Reports and distribute accordingly
