Job Summary:

Administration Manager Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee high-level administrative duties across a diverse portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer day-to-day tasks, including lease set-ups, renewals, vacates, expiries, and options.
  • Process electricity, water, and gas recharges to tenants.
  • Coordinate financial planning and budgeting.
  • Manage tenant insurances and bank guarantees.
  • Lead projects relevant to the role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in administration management or finance administration.
  • Desirable retail property experience.
  • An accounting qualification is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and teamwork skills are essential.
