Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity

The housekeeping department is seeking an experienced and skilled supervisor to oversee daily operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in hospitality management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role, preferably with managerial experience.
  • You should have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  2. Oversight of daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  4. Address guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
  5. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
  6. Monitor and control expenses related to supply usage and equipment maintenance.
  7. Develop and implement training programs for new and existing housekeeping staff.
  8. Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance staff skills and performance.
  9. Ensure all practices comply with health and safety regulations.
