Concession Store Manager

As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of the concession store and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong focus on creating a warm and genuine customer service culture, while also driving sales, profit, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets
- Collaborate with other concession, floor managers, and cluster managers to achieve business objectives
- Embody the company's cultural values of customer obsession, collaboration, inspiration, responsibility, and dedication to quality
- Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail or hospitality business
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
- Experience with stock control, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
