This role will involve performing renovation tasks including demolition, concrete work, and site clean-up. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a small team to ensure high-quality work and assisting with material management and liaison with subcontractors.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in construction, particularly in renovation projects
  • Leading hand experience is preferred but not necessary
  • A valid White Card and relevant certifications
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence (preferred)

About the Role:
