About the Role

At Belgravia Leisure, our Customer Service Officers are the face of our business, providing exceptional services to our members, casual users, and potential new members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering first-class services, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone, to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
  • Offer membership information and sales support to customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Promote our services and programs to customers, accepting bookings and enrolments.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Exercise excellent public relations at all times, representing our brand positively.
  • Ensure the safe and secure opening and closing of the centre, adhering to procedures and protocols.

Requirements

  • Positive, friendly, and energetic work style, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in computer software packages and point of sale systems.
  • Desirable: experience in the leisure industry, current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2), CPR Certificate, Police Check, and Working with Vulnerable People.
  • A friendly attitude and customer service mindset are essential, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
