As a Messaging Operations Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping our messaging strategy and delivering infrastructure solutions that support our product and marketing roadmaps. You'll develop systems of governance to ensure high-quality, consistent, and compliant messaging across all channels. You'll work closely with engineers to maintain our event database and content APIs, ensuring seamless content delivery.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience supporting high-volume marketing campaigns and automated messaging. You'll have expertise in CRM, CDP, and marketing automation technologies like Twilio, Braze, Hubspot, and Segment. Strong data analytics and querying skills are essential, as well as proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Ruby, and SQL. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to distill complex information into actionable insights.

  • You'll be responsible for managing, recruiting, and growing a high-performing team of messaging operations specialists. They'll rely on your guidance to deliver campaigns on time and to specification.
  • You'll oversee documentation and reporting for all messaging flows, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
