Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of administration related to purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth flow of product to stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain product lines and stock orders
  • Assist in range development
  • Manage shipping schedules and associated administration
  • Support Critical Path management
  • Maintain Range Plan and Purchase Order records
  • Liaise with Product Manager to manage samples
  • Monitor and track key delivery schedules
  • Manage samples for online, marketing shoots, and visual merchandising handover

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Buyers Assistant or Administrator within a buying team is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills to build great relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with Microsoft products, including Excel
  • Understanding of the production process and timelines
  • Adept at using Adobe Illustrator would be advantageous
